Return and exchange policy

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be return in its original / unopened packaging. We do not refund any goods that have been opened or used. In addition, items must be returned with seal intact. 

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of receiving your item/s. Once the 7 days have lapsed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To request a refund or exchange, please send us an email with your name and order number to info@ aurora-lashes.com

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email from us notifying that we received the returned item and if the refund was approved or rejected. 

If return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Return of payments can take 2-5 working days or 10 working days for international transfers. 

Please keep in mind; Our lashes are handmade with care and love; therefore, each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. This is not a fault but a part of the lash assignment of individual hair by our employees. 

Prior to shipping all products are inspected, therefore we do not offer any refunds or exchange for defective items.

Our return policy is strict and not hidden in any way. The reason is because any one can apply Aurora Lashes and requires practice to perfect. Once clients practice it is extremely fun and easy to use. 

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your bank/card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially listed.

Sale items 

Products purchased during sale periods, Aurora Lashes are unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on any unwanted items as this is an exclusive offer. 

Damaged items

In the unusual event that you receive an item that has faults or damaged we will indeed refund this for you, you must notify us in 7 days and all products must be return in its original/unopened packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


Exchanges

If an exchange is applicable then the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Return policy also applies for exchanges.

Shipping

To return your product please email info@aurora-lashes.com and include; name, order number, country location and phone number. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. 

If a refund is processed, the cost of the return shipping is deducted from your refund. Please clearly write returned goods on the customs form and the parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges. 

It may take time for exchanged product to reach depending on where you live. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Aurora Lashes are not responsible for stolen lost, or damaged packages placed with the courier.
